In January 1998, I launched Audio Video Connections from my duplex garage in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. My initial investment was two boxes of wire and a ladder. At the time, we were installing tube televisions and VCRs. The systems were difficult to use, and listening to music required loading a CD or cassette tape. I remember typing out step by step instructions for customers on how to watch a movie on their VCR.

Until the turn of the century, home networks were relatively non-existent. As homes incorporated data networks, technology within the home flourished. We had to become IT professionals. That was the turning point in our industry's transformation from a luxury to a necessity. And with that technological advancement, automation software has made the clients experience using the system very stress free and easy.

Today we are focused on building lifelong relationships and retaining clients through superior customer service and only using quality products. We are focused on being the best choice on the market for audio, video, and automation.
